Terms and Conditions
Orders
Must be placed at least 48 hours before delivery. All quotes are valid for 2 weeks.
Payment Methods and Terms
Payment is required prior to or on delivery, unless authorized in advance.
We accept cheque or cash on delivery, Mastercard, and Visa (2% credit card surcharge applies).
Our bank account details are located at the bottom of each invoice for payment by direct transfer.
Confirmation
All details to be confirmed 48 hours before delivery, and staffed events require 72 hours notice
Cancellations
Must be made 48 hours prior to delivery.
A 50% cancellation fee may apply if the order is cancelled with less than 48hours notice.
Delivery
A delivery fee applies based on location of function and size of order.
Drivers will return to collect platters at our earliest convenience (please note all of our platters have branding).
Alternative arrangements can be made if required.
Broken or lost equipment
All lost or broken equipment will be on-charged at customers expense.
Delivery times
Devour it catering will deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and on arrangement on Saturday and Sunday. Deliveries required beyond these times may incur a surcharge.
