Orders

Must be placed at least 24hrs before delivery.  All quotes are valid for 2 weeks.

Payment Methods and Terms

Payment is required prior to or on delivery, unless authorized in advance.

We accept cheque or cash on delivery.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard  (2% surcharge applies).

Our bank account details are located at the bottom of each invoice if you wish to pay by direct transfer.

Confirmation

All details to be confirmed 24 hours before delivery.

Cancellations

Must be confirmed 24 hours prior to delivery.

A 50% cancellation fee may apply if the order is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.

Delivery

A delivery fee applies based on location of function and size of order.

Drivers will return to collect platters at our earliest convenience (please note all of our platters have branding).

Alternative arrangements can be made if required.

Broken or lost equipment

All lost or broken equipment will be on-charged at customers expense.

Delivery times

Devour it catering will deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and on arrangement on Saturday and Sunday. Deliveries required beyond these times may incur a surcharge.
